OVERVIEW

The Throttler tool allows you to send smaller batches spaced out into your campaigns. Example: I have campaigns that need to flow people into it slowly because I have manual steps I need them to take, I want to avoid throttling issues with providers like Google, and I want to test and track the deliverability of my campaign at different times of the day.
