Which tag(s) should we apply when a customer replies to your email?

In the drop-down, select which tags you would like PlusThis to apply when your email is responded to.

If you do not have a tag created already, you can create a tag by clicking on the plus (+) symbol on the right-hand side of the tag selector.

Only apply the tag(s) if the following text is found in the subject line: (not case sensitive)

Enter the text you would like PlusThis to look for in the subject line. If the text you enter matches the subject line of the email response, the contact will get the tag selected in the previous step.  

*Note*  Leave blank if you want to apply the tags regardless of what is in the subject line

Make a note on the contact record with the customer's response (checkbox)

By default, this checkbox is not checked. If you would like to make a note on the contact record with the response in the email.

Tool Name

Enter a name for your tool in this field. The name is solely for use inside of PlusThis, and will not be visible to customers.

Store and tag contact's Subject Line replies to your emails.

Copy the Email Address from the Usage and Instructions page.

Open the email that you would like to use with Email Triggers.

Change the ‘From’ detail in the email configuration to the Email address copied from step 1.
